When will you ship my order?
We normally ship all orders within 4 - 7 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on delivery location.
When will my order get delivered?
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the items ordered. We'll send you a link to track the status of your order.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 500/-
Below INR 500/-,flat 75/- shipping charges would apply.
How can I track my order?
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider.
If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with us immediately.
What happens if there has been a delivery mishap with my order?
Send us an email to sales@dailycrockery.com and we will look into it right away!
1. In the event of damaged products received, we'll require photo proof of the affected products and order details. We'll review your case and if fair, we will re-send the products to you at no cost, subject to availability. or will refund you money of that particular product or particular broken peice.
2. In the event of lost package, we will contact our delivery partner and if it's clear that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
How do I place bulk orders?
You can place bulk orders by contacting us at sales@dailycrockery.com or +91 9100414242. We offer special rates for bulk orders.
I don’t want the package to carry an invoice / amount as it is a gift. Can this be done?
Unfortunately, invoices are mandatory due to government regulations.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us on dailycrockery.com and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Video or photos while unboxing the parcel is necessary to claim refund of the product.
How do I cancel an order?
Before your order if shipped, you can send a request to sales@dailycrockery.com or call us +91 9100414242. After the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
What is your return policy?
As all our products are very fragile in nature, it takes us high efforts to pack the products with quality packaging materials. With so much efforts used in delivering the product, we strickly follow no return policy.
What items can I replace?
There is no replacement or return policy.
Once the order is placed, and gets dispacted from our warehouse, then it cannot be cancelled , replaced or returned.
Refund policies
Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products either for paid or COD orders. Please note the shipping charge of Rs. 75 where applicable will not be refunded.
