Returns & Refund

  1. We take the utmost care while packing your order & our quality check & processing teams check & dispatch your order carefully. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo OR video of the damaged product and box within 48 hours of receiving your order to sales@dailycrockery.com. Our support team will resolve your issue with a replacement or store credit or make a refund of the damaged product.

  2.  Please Note: Ceramic , Glasswear and all our items are all fragile in nature, and therefore not refundable, in case of any ceramic or Glasswear or any of our  product delivered to you in a damaged state we will provide a replacement or store credit if informed with photos/video of damage within 48 Hours of delivery.
  3. The Daily Crockery process several orders in a month and a missing products or theft in transit is extremely rare. In case you feel your parcel has been tampered with, please do not accept such shipments, you can reach out to the Daily Crockery support team on email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. In case you have accepted the shipment and suspect any damage or tampering please take a video before opening your box.
  4. In case you receive an SMS stating the order has been delivered and you have in fact not received the parcel, please reach out to the sales@dailycrockery.com & our team will help resolve this issue within 24 hours.

  5. The Daily Crockery uses external shipping aggregators and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share approximate number of days required for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. For any time-sensitive orders, please reach out to customer team to find out more.

  6. Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  8. DUE TO FRAGILE PRODUCTS WE DONT HAVE RETURN POLICIES. ALSO THE RETURN SHIPMENT COSTS VERY HIGH IN OTHER PRODUCTS, SO WE STRICKLY FOLLOW NO RETURN POLICIES.IN CASE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR BREAKAGES IN TRANSIT PART PAYMENT OF THE DEFECTED ITEM WILL BE REFUNDED, BUT ONLY IF THE SAME IS REPORTED TO OUR SALES TEAM WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE DELIVERY. VIDEO OF UNBOXING THE BOX IS NECESSARY.

  9. We aim to process all disputes very amicably. This is because we want the best for you home. In case there are any disputes which are not resolved despite out best efforts, the jurisdiction for the disputes shall be PUNE, MH,India.

  10. All ceramic items are handmade by artisans,one peice at a time,and there will be variations & natural blemishes which are not product flaws but inherent part of the manufacturing process.
  11. For our products which are artisanal and hand-made like ceramics there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our lovely customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually - the variations add uniqueness to each product.
